Tucked away in the peaceful hills of Moraira, our Mediterranean villa has a story to tell. Built in 1989 by a Swiss couple who fell in love with this slice of coastal paradise, the house was designed as a tranquil retreat—surrounded by palms, kissed by sea breezes, and made for long, lazy afternoons.
In 2024, we were lucky enough to take the keys and continue the story. From the moment we walked through the gate, we knew it had something special—a soul, a feeling, a quiet kind of magic. Since then, we’ve carefully modernised and refreshed the space while honouring its character and timeless charm.
The villa blends traditional Spanish architecture with modern comforts, making it perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to switch off and soak up the Moraira lifestyle. Think morning swims, hillside views, long lunches under the shade of palm trees, and evenings lit by golden sunsets.
